TMA Systems is searching for a Client Relations Specialists to join our team and to be responsible for retaining our incredible clients through in-depth information finding consultations concerning policies, client satisfaction and more. We are seeking compassionate support professionals who are willing to think outside the box and add a whole new approach to taking care of our valued customers. This position will work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Professional Services teams to create a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Ability to create rapport with clients and listen effectively to understand their issues, needs and expectations.
- Develop a deep understanding of WebTMA and translate client needs into successful use cases.
- Proactively monitor the health of your client portfolio and identify/manage escalations and churn risks.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities for the Sales team.
- Project manage and act as a liaison between the client and internal teams as required.
- Update and maintain client information in our systems/tools.
- Effectively research client information in CRM system prior to making scheduled calls.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or 2 years of customer service experience
- Critical thinking and problem analysis capabilities
- Previous experience in a customer facing position
- Proven time-management capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills
Preferred Requirements
- Previous technology experience.
