We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist for our front desk. Candidate must possess a positive can-do-attitude, be detailed-orientated, well organized and have excellent time management skills. Basic excel knowledge required.
This is a 24 hour bi-weekly Part-time position requiring the following hours:
- EVERY OTHER Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm (12 hour shift)
Qualifications
Responsibilities include:
- Providing clerical support
- Answering phones
- Taking messages
- Watching the front entrance.
- Greeting visitors and their families
- Responding to residents requests
- Assisting in coordination of information to residents and their families
