Ready to take on a new challenge and join our team? We are currently looking for stock associates in the OC area to work at South Coast Plaza and would love to partner with you!
We are an app based company. You have to apply to become a member on our app, and if you are accepted, you will use our app to accept shifts and manage your work schedule.
HOW THE APP WORKS
We partner with a variety of brands. Our partners include luxury brands like Chanel, Celine, Louis Vuitton, KYLIE Cosmetics, KKW (Kim Kardashian West Beauty), as well as more contemporary brands like Monrow, Maxfield, Bailey44, ect.
The brands use our app to find app-members to staff their stores and especially to staff any sample sales or pop-ups they might have.
You, as a member of the app, will then have the opportunity to pick up shifts based on your availability.
You can set your own availability in app as well as set your desired rate.
No one on our app works for less than $18/hour.
You can use the app to work every day of the week, or you can use it to only a few days a week or even once a month, it's totally up to you.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have access to an IOS device (app is iphone/ipad compatible only)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Driven, self-motivated to succeed
- Excellent time management skills and workplace integrity
- Customer oriented attitude
- Apply within the app

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour

Stock Associate is responsible for ensuring all HOH roles and responsibilities are performed effectively and in accordance with company's Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines. The Stock Associate works with store management to monitor and maintain store operations, inventory, budget, customer service, etc.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Oversee policies and procedures according to Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines:
o Manage and perform daily shipping and receiving roles and responsibilities efficiently
o Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
o Receive merchandise
o Complete monthly store reconciliation
Repairs:
o In stores with CSR function, partner closely on repair management
o Handle repairs in a timely manner and communicate concerns appropriately
o Ship out repairs weekly and follow up as needed
Inventory:
o Perform cycle counts
o Monitor and resolve negatives in a timely manner to prevent discrepancies
o Maintain and organize HOH; proactively work to prevent LP and sales issues
o Prepare and organize annual inventory according to guidelines
Supplies and Cost Management:
o Ensure costs are aligned with budget
o Supplies (i.e. shipping, stationary, packaging, etc.) are well equipped at all times; order as needed
Opening & Closing Procedures:
o Perform opening & closing procedures according to Guidelines
Facilitates Management and Maintenance:
o Coordinate HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire monitoring, elevator maintenance, pest control, as well as store planning updates with corporate team
Reporting:
o Ensure all necessary daily, weekly, monthly reporting is submitted (i.e. reconciliation, packaging, etc.)
Sales and Support:
o Support the sales floor as needed
o Work on additional projects as directed by management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
