The ideal candidates would have outstanding problem-solving skills, displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, the ability to work under pressure, skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication and provides knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service.
Job Scope:
- Inbound calls for assistance with bookings from client's customer, assisting with cruise specific questions, quotes and more.
- Stay up to date on the latest Cruise sales and promotions while earning revenue!
- Maintain top sales performance by showcasing expert sales technique and overcoming customer objections.
- Transferring of inbound calls or outbound calls to other client designated internal support departments or client account representatives.
- Possible outbound calls to client designated internal support departments, client customer for status and clarification purposes
Minimum Basic Requirements:

- Connect to client systems using USB headsets (no landline required)

- Laptop or Desktop computer (must meet minimum requirements; will be checked by tech support prior to enrolling in a certification class)
Training / Certification
Certification covers an overview of tools, knowledge, resources and practice call-time necessary to use client systems and provide quality service to client customers with service, tax support and technology issues. Classes are a combination of self-paced and instructor-led in a virtual setting online. Certification classes are in two phases, usually 2 -8 weeks long. WE DO NOT PAY DURING TRAINING. However as soon as you start taking live calls in Phase 2 of the certification course you start earning revenue. (Eg. if the course is 2-8 weeks and you start taking calls in week 3, you start earning revenue)
Upon successful completion of the certification course, a Statement of Work (SOW) for the client opportunity is issued. This is a contract, typically 90 days in length, that outlines the terms of that project, including revenue and performance metrics, as well as other expectations for supporting that client. The option to continue servicing with the client is optional once their services are ongoing; based on client needs.
