We are looking for applicants with 1+ years experience in high volume restaurants to fill our BOH Positions.
We need:
Line Cooks
Prep Cooks
Dishwashers
Specific Task and Duties:
-Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
-Prepare food for service by working sautee station
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions
-Clean up station
-Stock inventory appropriately
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, equipment, utensils and other kitchen paraphernalia through manual and machine cleaning methods.
-Disposes of trash. Cleans and maintains all trash receptacles, throughout the facility. Ensures all trash bins are properly cleaned and replenished with a new liner.

Physical Requirements:
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
