With that stated, we have a TERRIBLE WEBSITE with limited online presence that does not properly represent us. This is due to the fact we focused on creating a fantastic service before we promote it. We are now ready to grow/expand and should have an amazing site up by January 2022.

WHO YOU ARE (Creative, Caring & Good Taste) –We are seeking a CARING person who ENJOYS creating recurring activities and special events that are mostly virtual that would enhance both the professional and personal quality of life for both fellow team (staff) and our members (clients).

You will join a team of work/life enhancement specialists to create and manage amazing activities and events that are mostly virtual for both our team(staff) and members (clients) along with coordinating with our new website, video and social media teams to record/broadcast those events.

Skills/Talent & Passion Versus "Experience" – Ideally, we are seeking a special top-level person with skills/talent equal to having 5+ years of experience. With that stated, we care more about your abilities and passion for creating/managing amazing events than the number of years you have done it.

  • Creative With Style, Excellent Taste – Must be a creative person who can come up with brilliant virtual and onsite events that are fun, enjoyable that have good style, fantastic taste and also supports a message/goal we are trying to achieve as an organization.
  • Fantastic Events Planning/Coordination – Must be a master at multitasking, excellent at communicating with EVERYONE both verbal written communications in a way that is exciting and events managed in a timely, efficient manner without FEELING rushed or last minute.
  • Good Negotiator/Getting Best Value – You must be EXCELLENT at getting the BEST VALUE and not the cheapest price. You should care about creating AMAZING events but at reasonable prices and NOT decent events at cheap prices. Know the difference and care about doing.

Compensation, Work Ethic, Structure & Location, Hours – We are a results-oriented organization that believes in quality hours versus quantity hours and empowering our staff but also ensuring that they are also accountable for their work. The following are highlights of how it means to work for us.

  • 90% Remote (Anywhere) - Currently, all staff in the company work 100% remotely or at least partially remotely from all parts of the world. This role is 90% remote and can be done from anywhere but about 10% is onsite and may require you to be at the event.
  • Part-Time (Can Be Fulltime) - This role is currently a part-time role at 10 hrs/week up to 30 hrs/week for the initial 3 to 6 months. After the initial 3 to 6 months, YOU can request to be converted to full-time OR continue working for us part-time based on YOUR quality of life requirements.
  • Flexible Hrs (Except For Meetings) - The work schedule is very flexible as most of what you will be doing is project-based. With that stated, we have a very collaborative work environment. For this reason, you will need to be available for group virtual video meetings throughout the week.
  • Good Work Ethic & Documentation – As mentioned above, you must be self-motivated with a good work ethic. In addition, as part of providing flexibility in your work hours/schedule, you must have good documentation skills including documenting your activities like a "consultant" (read below).
  • Compensation (Fair Pay Based On Abilities) – We take pride in providing fair compensation to every member of our team. The pay we will offer will be based on your background/skills. With that stated, if you are only here to collect a paycheck and not care about what you do, please do not apply.

Character & Shared Core Values – A great company is only as good as the quality of its staff and members. As this is a SENIOR level role, you will be an extension of our organization. For this reason, it is CRITICAL that you share our core values, work ethic, and life perspective.

This begins with being a person who actually cares about and enjoys helping others and making a little positive difference in the world we live in. Even though we are a for-profit business, it does not mean we cannot also do something good. In addition, please ensure that you share the following values.

  • WIN/WIN Relationship – This is not only a business model for our service, it is also a philosophy in how we interact with our staff. In other words, every relationship we have including with staff must be a relationship where ALL parties WIN. Please ensure that you feel the same.
  • Career/Passion & Not A Job – The WIN/WIN relationship begins with only hiring team members in roles that they believe are more a career they care about and possibly even passion that they simply enjoy doing VERSUS a job that you are simply doing to get paid.
  • Always Think Like A "Consultant" – Thinking like a consultant begins with knowing how to ask the "right questions" to understand the needs of the "client" and creating a custom solution that meets the client's needs. In addition, consultants are results-oriented with good documentation skills.
  • Develop Tomorrow's Leaders Today – As an organization, we not only help our members (clients) in developing their leadership skills, it is also embedded into HOW we provide our service and how we interact with our staff. For this reason, you must be self-motivated with good work ethic.
