Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
Responsibilities

Interacts with customers via telephone, email, chat, text and social media, to provide support and answer questions

Assists with booking reservations, and directing private party requests.

Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representatives knowledge, escalates it to management
-
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.

Maintains customer records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

Responds to staff needs via Slack

Assist Customer Service Manager with various tasks, including session cancellations, paintings swaps and contacting waitlists

Responds to social media comments and messages as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent communication skills including active listening.

Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Preferred Skills/Abilities
-
Experience working with customer service software

Experience using G-Suite

Knowledge of Shopify, Slack and Microsoft Office
Education and Experience
-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Customer service experience required.
Physical Requirements
-
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must reside in one of the following states - ME, NH, MA, NY, NJ, RI, CT, MD, VA, SC, or GA

Fully remote position, must have a quiet space to work, with excellent internet location and a computer/laptop
