Education & Experience
- Broad experience working within multiple business insurance domain such as finance, claims, actuarial, reserving, operations to work across multiple business units and build consensus regarding shared-data
- Experience with one or more of the following topics: Data Management, Data Profiling, Data Quality, Data Glossaries, Data Catalogs, Taxonomy, Metadata, Data Discovery, Business Semantics, Reporting Dashboards
- Understanding of data content concepts, metadata software and other data documentation methods.
- Able to educate, train and promote the use of the data metadata
Understanding and/or competencies in the following:
- Data business and application lineage
- Application of data standards and metadata practices
- Able to develop lineage reports and metrics using Power BI
Experience
- Five or more years of relevant claims experience and non-life runoff business
- Documenting and creating information content.
- Coordinating and facilitating work groups
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
