Visiting Angels, America's leader in the Homecare Staffing Industry is looking for a dynamic, experienced On-Call Staffing Coordinator that loves the Senior community as well as the private duty home care staffing industry.
We are looking for someone that wants to grow with our company as our hours increase.
You will work from home upon completion of in office training (length of training will be determined by your experience and speed in which you pick up the scheduling software which is eRSP.)
On call hours will be from 5p.m. - 8:00a.m. Monday thru Friday and 5p.m. Friday - Monday at 8:00a.m.
Must be Customer Service focused, proactive, patient and friendly!
Responsibilities:
- Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Field new client inquires over the phone in a knowledgeable manner.
- Create and maintain client and caregiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships.
- Coordinate and maintain caregiver and client schedules on a daily basis.
- Monitor, mediate, and log all client and caregiver activity utilizing the software system.
- Follow up with all client and caregiver issues to ensure their problems are resolved.
- Enter and maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the software system.
- Working independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate open and effective communication.
- Must have Homecare Scheduling experience*
