STARK is seeking a purchasing assistant for our broadloom department. This associate will maintain the data necessary to generate the procurement of materials as well as collaborate with cross-functional partners, leaders and business units to drive results.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain data within our ERP system
- Set up items across multiple brands
- Generate Purchase Orders
- Communicate with manufacturers regarding purchase orders and related information
- Ensure data accuracy of PO's (open orders, receipts, etc.) within ERP system
- Work with Corporate product development team, Vendors, and Internal Departments
- Generate a variety of inventory related reports
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
- Computer Literacy, functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind
- Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism
- Effectively manage multiple projects and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Detail-oriented and uphold brand integrity
