HIRING COORDINATOR
Western Washington's largest post frame builder is looking for an outgoing, energetic Hiring Coordinator to hire company-wide and feed new talent into our ever expanding team of builders. We are a high volume, fast paced, production pole building company that typically completes between 300 and 400 projects per year. Recruiting experience not required. We are looking for a self-motivated person who can juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and also has the ability to connect with a wide range of candidates from a diverse background. Some construction experience helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting from entry level to executive.
- Source candidates proactively
- Utilize creative staffing/recruitment/sourcing strategies of active and passive candidates.
- Maintain applicant tracking system
- Understand and meet hiring needs of field crews.
- Review and evaluate candidate resumes/applications based on knowledge of specific jobs
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Assess candidates' qualifications and interest in potential opportunities
- Conduct new hire orientations
Qualifications:
- Background in construction preferred not required.
- Strong level of initiative
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task with meticulous attention to details
- A keen sense of urgency
- Computer proficiency and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to interact with diverse population
