- Be open to learning a new skill set
- Be able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Be willing to do many different aspects of the assembly process
- Be able to work where needed
- Be able to lift 50 lbs with frequent standing.
- Understand and be able to use power tools (screw guns, etc.)
- Be able to read a tape measure
