Operations Assistant Job Description

OBMedia is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our efforts to grow and scale our successful online advertising business. We're hoping it's you!

The role we have in mind is for an Operations Assistant who thrives in a fast paced environment while maintaining high standards of performance and excellence.

This role would require someone able to provide excellent internal support and navigate the resources available to answer questions. The candidate will be expected to contribute to our growing team and business by supporting our Account Management, Sales and Operations teams.

Specific resources we use include Google Suite, Canva, Redash, and Trello.

Ideally, you'll have demonstrated experience in office administrative roles, but an aptitude for adapting to new tasks and a strong attention to detail is a hallmark of a successful assistant, so we encourage all interested parties to apply!

If this sounds interesting to you, drop us a line and tell us about yourself. We're looking forward to having a conversation.

About Us:

We're a small, profitable company, who have been working remotely since long before it became trendy. We are a subsidiary of the Enero Group, a publicly-held corporate family listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. What this combination means for you is the opportunity to work autonomously in a startup-like environment, while enjoying the stability provided under the larger corporate umbrella.

Internet advertising is a complex and fast paced marketplace and we compete in many areas of it while constantly exploring new opportunities. Doing so successfully requires a dedicated team of technologists, quantitative thinkers, and media strategists, working together to find, and take advantage of, those opportunities. We've been doing this successfully since 2001, and we're pretty good at it. We are looking for people who help us be better.
