Responsibilities:
- Perform other tasks as required by the client;
- Assist customers via email and chat, identifying and resolving problems;
- Regularly aim to improve the quality of customer interactions;
- Be a team player; have fun and work with a team to hit client targets.
- Prior experience providing support via email or chat;
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications);
- With an upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality;
- A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Willing to work in Makati;
- Ability to empathize with users and create a positive user experience;
- Open-minded and prepared to take on new challenges and learn new skills;
- Four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
