Customer Service Representative's have the unique privilege of being the voice of Airrosti. This team answers all incoming patient calls nationwide. Our Patient Advocate Team members provide exceptional customer service in a supportive team environment. This includes:
- Educating and guiding potential patients about the Airrosti experience by phone
- Scheduling new and existing patients for all Airrosti locations
- Replying to patient inquiries and scheduling requests
