Level: Hourly Associate
Job Location: The Watershed Pub - Camp Hill, PA
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
Salary Range: $13.00 - $16.00 Hourly
Restaurant Description
The Watershed Pub prides itself on being a local and sustainable restaurant. The concept arose as we began to think about the impact of our region on the Susquehanna River Valley and Chesapeake Watershed. We want to showcase a menu, through the talents and creativity of our chefs, that is mindful of the impact and ongoing challenges the area contributes to the Bay.

The Role
As a Dishwasher you will be responsible for a variety of duties in the kitchen from cleaning kitchen areas to maintaining and utilizing the dishwasher machine. This position will report to the Chef de Cuisine.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained, and organized
- Ensure floors and dry and clean
- Operate machinery used to wash pots, pans, dishes, glassware and silverware
- Maintain hygienic working environment in accordance with regulations and company standards
- Collect and remove trash
- Clean, sanitize and close workstations
- Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- A minimum of 1-year working in a restaurant or janitorial position
- Someone that likes to clean and keep a clean and organized work environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as a team and effectively communicate
- Someone that can handle hot plates and dishes coming out of the dishwasher
- Ability to work in a hot/ steamy environment
- Someone self-motivated that can stay busy if there is down time

The Watershed Pub sits in one of the oldest buildings in Camp Hill, dating back to at least the early 1800's. Our mission is to couple the bounty from Central Pa's sustainable growers and regionally, sustainably harvested seafood.
