Capital Management Services has a small office located in the Amherst/Williamsville are. This office specializes in first party collections for an extremely well-known bank. The customers we are reaching out to are 2 - 60 days past due on a current on their credit card. This is not a typical collections position!!
The shift will run from 1pm-10pm Monday through Friday with one Saturday morning per month. We are looking for applicants with call center experience or collections experience, however we will train eager candidates! Our collections approach is very customer service-oriented. We follow all federal guidelines and regulations on every call! Keep in mind, these are current customers who are just late on a payment. This is a great opportunity for a stable position with truly great growth potential!

Training is set to begin on Monday, December 6th. New employees will start at $15 per hour, with the potential to reach up to $17 per hour or more with in their first year!
