Joining at this exciting stage of our journey, you will be the first HR Coordinator dedicated to delivering the best employee experience. Reporting to our Chief People Officer, and supporting the P&C Leadership team you will be able to make an impact directly with the People & Culture team as we embark on the fastest and most critical growth stage yet.

In this role, you will:
- Reporting directly to the CPO, you will support the full People Leadership team in driving results through coordination of all day to day and cyclical initiatives to drive our overall effectiveness
- Conduct research and analysis to help inform the People Leadership team on market intelligence and relevant people & culture trends. Make recommendations based on research for the improvement or initiation of new policies, procedures or market leading practices.
- Coordinate the production of annual planning documents and other cyclical People and Culture strategic initiatives
- Update internal People and Culture policies and procedures on an ongoing basis as required
- Helping the people team with collaboration and engagement to create the best employee experience, scale our envious culture focused on health and wellbeing, and ensure effective stakeholder management.
- Coordinate the annual nomination process for the LxL (President's) award celebration exceptional Leaguers.
- Coordinate weekly and quarterly team meetings to ensure that they are highly effective. Working asynchronously, manage all takeaways, and coordinate deliverables with internal and external employees and stakeholders and ensure timelines and due dates are met.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events to ensure that all Leaguers feel connected to our mission and values, to each other and to their work, regardless of where they are located.
- Coordinate calendars for the Chief People Officer and People leaders and plan all team events and meetings. Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and coordinate key events and meetings
