This is a small company with a growing number of customers. You will be required to schedule and help customers with any information required. You will also need to contact old/ potential customers to help maintain relationships and land new clients. Training will be given as to correct information, methodology and pricing etc.
To carry out this work effectively you will need to:
-be a people person
-have excellent communication skills
-be able to effectively deal with unhappy customers.
