Our team members serve as the frontline staff in a fast-paced, team environment of learning, excellence, and care.
You will:

Interface continually with our guests in various hospitality areas: Front Counter Register, iPOS, Drive-Thru, Dining Room.

Provide exceptional service that aligns with Chick-fil-A standards and core values, which are: Customer First, Personal Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Working Together, Servant-Hearted, and Stewardship.

Exhibit and maintain knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.

Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing a quality product and excellent customer service at all times.

Possess the drive and enthusiasm to complete customers' orders in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service in a team environment.

Handle guest complaints with a willingness to serve and rectify the issue.

Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and strive for new opportunities for growth and learning within our organization.

Partner with the leadership team and the Owner/Operator to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

Perform cleaning and organizational duties as needed.

Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our guests.
