FION is hiring a Social Customer Care Manager to join our team. This is a part-full time remote position. As a Social Customer Care Manager, you will act as a representative of multiple brands and be responsible for communicating with customers and followers via a variety of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter. If you have experience using various social media platforms, tools, and technologies, a solid understanding of delivering guest service excellence, and a passion for social media, then this role is for you.
Pay Rate: Starts at $25 per hour
Responsibilities
- Monitor social media channels.
- Create visually inspiring on-brand posts
- Respond quickly and professionally to engagements on social platforms.
- Provide consistent service to customers.
- Use creative problem solving to resolve issues.
- Become a brand ambassador with strong product knowledge.
- Resolve customer dissatisfaction
- Follow protocol and adhere to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven graphic design skills with sample portfolio
- Previous customer service experience, including written forms of customer service.
- Excellent written communication skills: grammar, sentence structure, and spelling.
- Ability to work independently and maintain organization.
- Experience using various social media platforms.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Positive attitude with proven ability to work well with teams.
- Strong typing skills.
