Artwork Help Desk Representative
Position Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate must be comfortable with multi-tasking
- Manages multi-line telephone system efficiently in a professional manner and demonstrates sound judgment when appropriately triaging phone calls; providing assistance with respect and courtesy.
- Working in design programs such as Corel and Photoshop daily.
- Designing, recreating, and fixing customer supplied artwork to ensure top quality decoration.
- Problem solving graphic art and print issues, both on and off the phone.
- Providing phone support and guidance to customers through our website's design process; interpreting customer desires and evaluating how they might be fulfilled within production limitations.
Required Experience / Qualifications:
- 1-2 years call center experience
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Word
- Microsoft Outlook Email
- Corel Draw a Plus
Physical Requirements:
- Moderate stress due to regular deadlines and daily challenges
- High finger dexterity while typing
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain stationary for long periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
- This position requires repetitive use of hands/fingers to operate keyboard and mouse in front of a computer monitor
- The person in this position must frequently communicate via phone, IM, email and in person with other staff members providing information accurately and professionally in these situations
- The employee is expected to come to work unimpaired
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
